LIMEWIRE INTERNAL PROJECT
Details
I've spent the last year developing a new music service, as a UXD and Product Owner, at LimeWire.
As part of the team, I've been responsible for helping plan features and put those thoughts on paper, whether that be sketching on paper or making flows and wireframes for developers and visual designers to work off of.

Details
I was called upon to work with the product and marketing departments and re-build limewire.com from scratch. This was a great opportunity to dive into the stats of the old site and see what worked and did not work in terms of conversion rate. I built out the information architecture, and then wireframed the site for the visual designer to apply the graphic design, and the developers to build. Unfortunatly, due to legal reason, the site was not launched.
MISCELLANEOUS LIMEWIRE
Details
Some of the more interesting projects I've worked on while at limewire include limespot, a blogging platform targeted to musicians, a widget based home screen for our desktop software that never materialized beyond conceptualization, and limecast, a video podcast repository.
User & A/B Testing - Data Analysis
Details
To build a great product you have to always test it on your users. I've run usability tests on various products over the years and always learn something about the design that otherwise would have been looked over. You also have to look at your statistics and be able to interpret them into meaningful design solutions for your business and user goals. I help make sense of the numbers and visualize them in a meaningful way to aid in decision making and course of actions.
Interface design
LIMEWIRE MUSIC STORE ADMIN
Details
With over 30,000,000 data points all which have to be manipulated by music managers at any time, this was a great challenge and one of the funnest projects I've worked on. I interviewed all the music managers and watched how they work to see what was their most important interactions and built the interface around how they work. The results reduced tedious tasks for them and increased their productivity. I also coded the front end in HTML, CSS, and Javascript using jquery.

Details
While working at Boston startup eons.com I was responsible for leading the design and building of various sections of our site. I used good usability, and user centered design methods to help meet certain conversion goals and increase 'stickiness'.
Code
Details
I consider myself a very good front end coder. I can take a design and lay it out in pixel perfect detail. I also have experience with and am always getting better at using the jquery framework, and I've worked in various environments implementing my designs such as java, ruby, and php.
